How to measure
To choose the right size, you can measure either your body or a similar-fitting top. Follow these steps for accurate results.
Measuring the garment (lay flat)
- Chest: Lay the top flat with seams aligned. Measure across the front from one armpit seam to the other. Double that number to get the full chest circumference.
- Body length: From the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length: From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve hem.
- Bottom hem width: Measure across the bottom hem and double to get the circumference.
- Sleeve opening: Measure the width of the sleeve hem and double for circumference.
Measuring your body
- Chest: Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Keep the tape level and relaxed.
- Shoulders: Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other, across the back.
- Arm length: From the top of the shoulder (where the shoulder meets the arm) down to where you want the sleeve to sit.

Care guide (to keep it lovely longer)
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle, or hand wash to minimise agitation.
- Turn the top inside out before washing to protect the textured surface.
- Use a mild detergent; do not bleach.
- Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry to preserve fit and prevent stretching.
- Avoid tumble drying and hanging on hangers for long periods (fold flat for storage).
- If needed, steam or iron on low heat on the reverse side using a pressing cloth.
- To remove pills, use a fabric shaver or sweater comb on a low setting and work gently.
- Store folded in a cool, dry place; use natural moth deterrents (cedar or lavender) kept clear of direct contact with the fabric.
