How to measure

Use a flexible tape measure. Measure on bare skin or a thin layer, keep the tape level and snug (not tight). Record in cm or inches (1 in = 2.54 cm).

1. Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. For flat-lay comparison, measure 1 cm below the armholes from side to side and multiply by 2.
2. Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from the outer edge of one shoulder seam to the outer edge of the other.
3. Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder meets the base of the neck) straight down to the hem.
4. Sleeve length: For set-in sleeves, measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. Alternatively, measure from the center back of the neck over the shoulder to the wrist for overall sleeve length.
5. Hem / Waist width: Measure across the bottom hem and multiply by 2 for circumference.

Fit guidance: allow 2–4 cm (0.8–1.6 in) extra for a regular/relaxed fit and 0–2 cm (0–0.8 in) for a slim fit. If between sizes, consider sizing up for comfort.
