How to measure

Measuring your body

1. Wear light clothing or no shirt. Stand relaxed and breathe normally while measuring.
2. Chest: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.
3. Waist: measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest point), without sucking in.
4. Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat with feet together.
5. Torso length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the neck) down to where you want the tank’s hem to sit.
6. Shoulder width: measure from shoulder edge to shoulder edge across the back.
7. Bicep/arm: measure around the fullest part of the upper arm if you want extra sleeve/armroom reference.

Tip: record measurements in inches and centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm). If you’re between sizes, consider the fit you prefer — choose the larger size for a more relaxed look.

Measuring a garment (lay flat)

1. Lay the tank flat on a smooth surface. Smooth wrinkles but do not stretch the fabric.
2. Chest (flat): measure straight across 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes from seam to seam; double that number to get the full chest circumference.
3. Length: measure from the highest shoulder point at the neckline down to the bottom hem.
4. Shoulder width: measure seam to seam across the top of the back.
5. Armhole depth: measure from the top shoulder seam down to the underarm seam; double for armhole circumference.
6. Hem width: measure across the bottom and double for full circumference.

Fit guidance: recommended ease (garment minus body measurement) — 1–2 in (2.5–5 cm) for a closer fit, 3–5 in (8–13 cm) for a relaxed fit. Match your body measurements to the garment measurements when choosing size.
