How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and measure either your body or a similar shirt that fits the way you like. For accuracy, measure over light clothing and keep the tape level.

Measure your body

1. Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
2. Waist — Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso).

4. Shoulder width — From shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.

3. Shoulder — Measure seam to seam across the back at the top.
4. Length — From the highest shoulder point (next to the collar seam) straight down to the hem.
5. Sleeve length — From shoulder seam to sleeve hem.
6. Hem & bicep — Measure hem width and sleeve opening width (double each flat measurement for circumference).

Conversion & fit tips: To convert inches to centimeters multiply by 2.54. Compare your body measurement plus desired ease to the garment measurement. Recommended ease at the chest: fitted 0–1" (0–2.5 cm), regular 2–3" (5–7.5 cm), relaxed 3"+ (7.5+ cm). If you are between sizes, size up for extra comfort or layering.
