How to measure
Choose one of two approaches depending on whether you want the garment's measurements (to compare with a shirt you already own) or your body measurements (to pick the right size).
Measure the shirt (flat-lay)
- Lay the shirt flat on a smooth surface, buttoned and smoothed out (no folds).
- Chest (pit-to-pit): measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other. Double this number for full chest circumference.
- Shoulder width: measure seam-to-seam across the back (outer edge of one shoulder seam to the other).
- Sleeve length: measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
- Shirt length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder next to the collar straight down to the bottom hem.
- Collar/neck: with the collar laid flat, measure the inside across and double it (or measure the inside circumference of the closed collar).
- Hem width: measure across the bottom hem and double for circumference.
Measure your body (to choose size)
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keep the tape level and relaxed.
- Neck: measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
- Sleeve: measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder to the wrist (arm slightly bent).
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline for tucked styling.
Fit guidance: allow ~1–2" (2.5–5 cm) of ease for a slim fit, ~3–4" (7.5–10 cm) for a regular fit. If between sizes and you prefer layering, size up.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
