How to measure

Use a soft tape measure. For best results, measure a similar-fitting tee laid flat and compare to your body measurements. Measure in centimetres (cm) or inches (in) and double flat measurements where noted to get full circumferences.

Measure the garment (recommended)

• Chest — Lay the tee flat. Measure straight across the front 1–2 cm below the armholes from side seam to side seam. Double this value for the full chest circumference.
• Shoulder — Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
• Body length — Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the hem.
• Sleeve length — Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
• Hem — Measure straight across the bottom edge from side to side and double for the full hem circumference.

• Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms relaxed at your sides. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
