How to measure
To choose the best size or to compare with a shirt you already own, measure carefully with a soft tape measure. Keep the tape snug but not tight. Use inches or centimetres (1 in = 2.54 cm).

- Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Breathe normally.
