How to measure

To get the best fit, measure a similar long-sleeve tee that fits you well. Lay it flat on a firm surface and smooth out wrinkles before measuring. Use a soft measuring tape and record both inches and centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm).

1. Chest (pit to pit) — Measure straight across the front from one armpit seam to the other. Double this number to get the chest circumference.
