How to measure
For the most accurate fit, measure the garment laid flat (recommended) or measure your body and compare to the garment measurements.
Measure the garment (laid flat)
- Chest (pit to pit): Lay the T‑shirt flat and smooth. Measure straight across the chest about 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes from one side seam to the other. Double that number for the full chest circumference.
- Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length (half sleeve): Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve hem.
- Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem from side to side and double for circumference.
- Sleeve opening: Measure the sleeve hem flat to know cuff width.
Measure your body
- Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across your back. Keep the tape level and relaxed.
- Torso length: Measure from the nape of the neck down to where you want the shirt to end.
- Shoulders: Measure across your back from shoulder bone to shoulder bone.
Tips: Use a soft tape, measure twice for accuracy, note both inches and cm, and if between sizes choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

- Hipomarket will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
