How to measure

Follow these simple methods to measure the garment or your body so you can select the right size with confidence.

Measuring the T‑shirt (laid flat)

1. Chest (pit to pit): Lay the T‑shirt flat and smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across from one side seam to the other about 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes. Double this measurement to get the full chest circumference.
2. Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (at the base of the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
3. Shoulder width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
4. Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
5. Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem from one side seam to the other.
6. Neck opening: Measure across the collar opening and double for circumference if needed.

Measuring your body (to choose size)

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape comfortably snug and level.
• Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (narrowest point).
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
• Shoulder: Measure from the point of one shoulder across the back to the point of the other shoulder.
• Arm length: From the shoulder point down to where you want the sleeve to finish (for half sleeves, measure to mid‑bicep if desired).

Tip: Compare your body measurements with the garment measurements. Recommended ease: +2–4 cm for a fitted look, +6–10 cm for a regular fit, and +10+ cm for a relaxed/oversized fit.
