How to measure
To choose the best size, measure the garment laid flat (recommended) or measure your body and compare. Use a soft tape measure and record measurements in cm and in.
Measure the garment (lay flat)
- Place the T‑shirt on a flat, even surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
- Chest (pit‑to‑pit): measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other, about 2.5 cm (1") below the armhole. To get chest circumference double this value.
- Body length (HPS to hem): measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length: measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem (for half sleeve T‑shirts).
- Hem width: measure across the bottom edge from side to side; double for circumference if needed.
Measure your body (to compare against garment)
- Chest: wrap tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep tape level and relaxed (not pulled tight).
- Shoulders: measure across the back from shoulder bone to shoulder bone.

Care guide (to keep it lovely longer)
