- Shirt Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
- Shoulder: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.
- Shorts Length: Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem along the outside seam.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where your trousers would normally sit. The waistband is elastic for a flexible fit.
- Hip: Standing with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
