How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure on bare skin or over a thin layer. Keep the tape comfortably snug (not tight). Record measurements in inches or centimeters. If you compare to a garment, measure the garment laid flat as described below.

Measuring your body

1. Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
