How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape and a flat surface. For best accuracy have the wearer stand relaxed (not sucking in) or measure the garment laid flat. Record measurements in inches or centimetres (1 in = 2.54 cm).

2. Hip (laid flat): Measure across the shorts at the widest point of the seat, then multiply by 2.
3. Front rise: From crotch seam up to top of front waistband.
4. Inseam: From crotch seam down to hem along the inside seam.
5. Outseam: From top of waistband down the side to hem.

Quick example: If laid-flat waist = 16" → waist circumference = 32" (81 cm). If inseam measures 8" → that is an 8" inseam.
