How to measure

To choose the right size, measure either your body or a tank that already fits you well. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level around the body.

• Chest (circumference): Stand relaxed. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. For a garment measured flat: measure straight across the chest about 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes and double that value.
• Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the hem. For a garment, measure from the shoulder seam to the hem.
• Shoulder width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
• Armhole depth: From the top of the shoulder seam down to the armpit seam—useful for arm mobility and fit.
• Hem width: Measure flat across the bottom hem and double for full circumference.

Fit tip: allow about 1–3 in (2.5–7.5 cm) of ease for a relaxed fit, 0–1 in (0–2.5 cm) for a slim/athletic fit. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed silhouette or choose a stretch blend for a closer fit.
