How to measure the garment

For consistent, accurate measurements, lay the sweatshirt flat on a hard, even surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric. Use a soft tape measure and record the flat measurement, then double where noted to get the full circumference.

1. Chest (1/2 Chest): Measure across the front, 1 inch (≈2.5 cm) below the armholes from seam to seam. Double this flat measurement to get the full chest/bust circumference.
2. Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
3. Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder at the neckline (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
4. Sleeve length (set-in sleeve): Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff along the top of the sleeve. (If the sweatshirt has a raglan sleeve, measure from the center back of the neck to the cuff.)
5. Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem from side seam to side seam; double for the full hem circumference.
