How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure over underwear or a thin layer of clothing, stand relaxed and breathe normally. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.
Measure your body
- Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level.
- Natural waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually above the belly button).
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20–23 cm (8–9 in) below the waist.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
