- Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of gentle lingerie detergent.
- Submerge the bralette and gently swirl it in the water. Avoid harsh rubbing.
- Let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool, clean water until the soap is gone.
- Gently press the excess water out between your hands or with a towel. Do not wring or twist.
- Lay flat on a towel or hang to air dry, away from direct sunlight or heat.
Machine Washing (Use Caution)
- Always remove pads first.
- Place the bralette in a mesh lingerie bag to prevent snagging and tangling.
- Wash on a delicate/gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
- NEVER put your bralette in the dryer. The heat will damage the lace and elastic. Lay flat to dry.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
