To ensure the perfect fit, please use the following guide. All measurements should be taken directly on the body.
- Waist: For the high-waisted trousers, measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, approximately 20cm below your natural waistline.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner leg at the crotch down to your ankle bone.
- Bust: For the cardigan, measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra.
- Cardigan Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
