How to measure

Measure your body (to pick the right size)

3. Hips (flat): Measure across the garment at the widest point of the seat (usually 7–9" / 18–23 cm below the crotch), then double.
4. Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam along the inner leg seam down to the hem.
5. Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the front waistband.
6. Thigh (flat): Measure across the leg 1" (2–3 cm) below the crotch seam and double.
7. Leg opening (flat): Measure across the hem and double.

Tip: use inches or centimeters consistently. When measuring flat, remember to double flat measurements to convert to full circumference. If you are between sizes, consider the waist type — the elastic waistband gives flexibility, so sizing can be based more on hip and preferred fit.
