How to measure

Garment measurements (how we measure these shorts)

1. Waist (flat): Lay the shorts flat, smooth but do not stretch. Measure straight across the top of the waistband from seam to seam. Double this number to get the waist circumference.
2. Hip (flat): Measure straight across the fullest part of the shorts (typically 2–4" / 5–10 cm below the waistband), seam to seam; double for circumference.
3. Front rise: Measure from the top center of the front waistband down to the crotch seam.
4. Back rise: Measure from the top center of the back waistband down to the crotch seam.
5. Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down the inner leg to the hem.
6. Outseam / Length: Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem along the side seam.
7. Leg opening: Measure across the hem of one leg and double to get the full circumference.

Notes: All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. To convert: 1 in = 2.54 cm. Allow for a manufacturing tolerance of about 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8 in).
