How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing or underwear. Stand relaxed and keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Body measurements

1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back.
2. Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of your torso (natural waist), usually above the belly button.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest point of your hips and seat.
4. Shoulder width: Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
5. Front length (high point to hem): From the base of the neck (center front) down to the shortest point of the hem (front).
6. Back length (center back to hem): From the nape (center back) down to the longest point of the hem (back).

Garment measurements (measure a similar item)

1. Lay the garment flat on a smooth surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching.
2. Bust (garment): Measure armpit-to-armpit and double the number.
3. Waist (garment): Measure straight across the narrowest part and double.
