How to measure

Use a soft, flexible measuring tape. Measure over thin clothing or underwear, stand relaxed and breathe normally. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight. Record measurements in inches or centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm).

• Thigh: Around the fullest part of the upper thigh.
• Leg opening: Around the hem of the leg.

Measuring the garment — Pants (flat)

• Lay flat: Align seams and smooth fabric without stretching.
• Waist (flat): Measure across the top of the waistband (relaxed) and double.
• Hip (flat): Measure across the fullest part of the hip area and double.
• Front & back rise (flat): Measure from top of waistband to crotch seam for front and back separately.
• Inseam (flat): From crotch seam to hem along the inside leg.
• Thigh (flat): 1" / 2.5 cm below the crotch seam, measure across and double.
• Leg opening (flat): Measure hem width and double.

Tip: For fitted activewear, consider the fabric's stretch. If you prefer extra room or plan to layer, select the next size up. Always compare your body measurements to the garment measurements for best fit.
