- Drying: Lay flat on a clean towel or hang to dry in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight and never tumble dry, as heat can damage the velvet pile.
- Ironing: Never iron directly on the velvet. Use a steamer on the lowest setting or iron on the reverse side (the lining) at a very low temperature, placing a cloth between the iron and the fabric.
- Storage: Store on a padded hanger to help maintain the shape of the shoulders and puff sleeves. Avoid crushing the velvet when storing.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
