- Machine Wash: Use a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water (max 30°C). For best results, place the cape in a large mesh laundry bag to protect the faux fur trim from snagging.
- Detergent: Use a mild liquid detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh fabric softeners.
- Drying: Reshape whilst damp and lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can permanently damage the faux fur fibres.
- Finishing Touch: Once completely dry, you can gently brush the faux fur with a soft-bristle brush in the direction of the pile to restore its fluffiness and sheen. Do not iron.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
