How to measure
Measure yourself and/or the garment laid flat to find the best fit. For loose ponchos, allow 4–8 cm (2–3 in) of ease around the bust for comfortable layering.
- Bust / Chest (body): Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. For a garment measurement, lay the poncho flat, measure straight across the widest part of the front, then multiply that number by 2 for full circumference.
- Shoulder width (garment): Measure from outer shoulder edge to outer shoulder edge across the back. For drop-shoulder or oversized styles, measure the widest point across the upper back.
- Sleeve length: For full sleeve length, measure from the center back of the neck across the shoulder to the wrist. For the garment laid flat, measure from the shoulder seam (or sleeve start) down to the cuff.
- Body length: Measure from the high point of the shoulder (where neck meets shoulder) down to the hem.
- Hem width: Lay the poncho flat and measure across the bottom hem; multiply by 2 to get the total hem circumference or use the flat value to compare drape width.
- Sleeve opening / cuff circumference: Measure the sleeve opening flat and multiply by 2 for the full circumference.
Quick tips: Use a flexible tape measure; measure garments laid flat on a smooth surface; compare flat garment measurements to a favorite piece of knitwear laid flat. If you prefer a more oversized look, choose the larger measurement.

Care guide (to keep it lovely longer)
- Turn the poncho inside out before washing to protect the brushed surface.
- Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water. Use a mild detergent for delicates.
- Do not bleach. Avoid fabric softeners — they can flatten the pile.
- Gently press out excess water; do not wring. Reshape and lay flat to dry on a towel away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Avoid tumble drying when possible. If you must, use low heat and short cycles with dryer balls to help restore loft.
- Remove pills gently with a fabric shaver or sweater comb; work carefully to avoid thinning the fabric.
- If ironing is necessary use low heat with a pressing cloth, or steam from a distance — do not press directly on the fuzzy surface.
- Store folded in a drawer or breathable bag. Avoid long-term hanging to prevent shoulder distortion and keep away from rough surfaces and Velcro to reduce snags.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
