Use a soft measuring tape. Take measurements over light underwear or a thin layer of clothing, keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight. Allow about 1–2 cm (0.5–1") tolerance for comfort and measuring variance.

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, across shoulder blades. Keep tape level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (where your body bends).

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
