How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and measure over lightweight underwear or a thin top. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight. Record measurements in both cm and inches if possible.

Body measurements (to choose your size)

• Shoulder seam to seam: Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
• Sleeve length (garment): Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
• Total length (garment): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (or center back neck) to the hem.
• Notch / collar: Measure the depth of the notch or V from the top seam to the lowest point if you want to compare neckline coverage.
