How to measure

To pick the best fit, measure either your body or a pair of joggers you already own. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.

Body measurements (measure yourself)

• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, or at the height you plan to wear the joggers. Keep the tape comfortably snug.

• Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the front waistband.
• Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
• Outseam (total length): Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem along the outside leg.
• Thigh & hem opening: Measure across the thigh 1" below the crotch and across the ankle hem; double both to get full circumferences.

Fit guidance: Allow for ease when comparing body measurements to garment measurements: 0–2" for a snug fit, 2–4" for a regular fit, and 4"+ for a relaxed/oversized fit. If you own a pair you like, measure that pair and match the numbers.
