Follow these steps to measure your body or a similar-fitting garment so you can pick the best size.
Body measurements (measure yourself)
- Bust — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and parallel to the floor. Breathe normally; do not hold your breath.
- Waist — Measure at your natural waist (the narrowest point above the belly button).
- Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks (usually about 20 cm / 8" below the waist).
