- Dry flat: Reshape the hat and lay it flat on a dry surface, away from direct sunlight or heat, until completely dry. Do not hang, as this can cause stretching.
- Fluff the pompom: Once dry, you can gently fluff the faux fur pompom with your fingers or a cool-setting hairdryer.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
