How to measure
To choose the best size, measure either your body or a garment that fits you well. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level and relaxed while measuring.
Measuring your body
- Chest / Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and comfortably snug.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your waist (natural waist).
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Sleeve length: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the outside of the arm to the wrist bone.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from one shoulder point to the other (where a shoulder seam would sit).
- Torso length (HPS to hem): From the high point of the shoulder (base of neck) down to where you want the cardigan to end.
Measuring the garment (recommended)
- Chest (laid flat): Lay the cardigan flat and measure across the front from underarm seam to underarm seam. Double this number for the garment chest circumference.
- Length: From the highest point of the shoulder (neck seam) down to the hem.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
