How to measure

Measure your body (for the best fit)

1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust with the tape level and snug but not compressing. Wear the type of bra you plan to wear with the top (strapless if possible).
2. Underbust / Band: Measure around your ribcage directly under your bust — this helps determine how secure the tube will feel.

Measure the garment (recommended for sellers or if you have the top in hand)

1. Lay the top flat on a table and smooth it—do not stretch the smocking for the unstretched measure.
2. Flat bust width: Measure across the front from side seam to side seam at the fullest point of the top. Multiply by two to get the garment bust circumference.
3. Smocked back (unstretched / stretched): Measure the smocked panel across when relaxed and then gently stretch it to its comfortable maximum and measure again. This gives the usable stretch range.
4. Length: Measure from the top edge to the hem at center front.
5. Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements. Because the smocked back stretches, choose the size that matches your bust measurement for a secure fit; size up if you want a looser look or additional comfort.
