How to measure
Use a soft tape measure and measure either your body or a hoodie laid flat. Take measurements in inches (in) or centimeters (cm). Measure twice for accuracy.
- Chest / Bust (body): Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- Garment chest (laid flat): Lay the hoodie flat, smooth but do not stretch. Measure straight across the front 1" (≈2.5 cm) below the armhole from seam to seam and then double that number for the full circumference.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
