How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure on bare skin or lightweight underwear, keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug (not tight). Record measurements in cm or inches and round to the nearest 0.5 cm / 1/4".
Measuring your body
- Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, across the nipples, with arms relaxed at your sides.

- Turn inside out before washing to protect the surface.
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle/delicate cycle or hand wash. Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Use a mesh wash bag to reduce friction in the machine.
- Do not wring. Gently press out excess water and reshape while damp.
- Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight to prevent stretching and color fading. Avoid tumble drying.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
