How to Measure

For the most accurate fit, lay a similar sweater flat and measure without stretching. Compare to the measurements on our size chart.

• Chest/Bust (flat): Measure straight across the front from underarm seam to underarm seam. Double this number for the full circumference.
• Shoulder Width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. If the style has a dropped shoulder or no defined shoulder seam, measure from the high point of shoulder (where the neck meets the shoulder) to the start of the sleeve on each side and add together.
• Sleeve Length: From the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. If there’s no shoulder seam, measure from the high point of shoulder to cuff.
• Body Length (front): From the high point of shoulder next to the neck to the front hem.
• Hem Width (flat): Measure straight across the bottom hem. Double for circumference.
• Boat Neck Opening: Measure straight across the neck opening from edge to edge. You can also note the front neck drop (from the high point of shoulder to the lowest point of the front neckline).

Tips: Use a soft tape, keep it parallel to the edges, and allow a 1–2 cm (1/2–3/4 in) tolerance common to knitwear.

Exact composition can vary by color or production batch. Check the garment label for the precise fiber content. Common materials for striped boat-neck sweaters include:

• 100% Cotton: Breathable and soft with easy care. May have minimal shrinkage; reshape while damp.
