How to measure

Measure the garment laid flat on a smooth surface. Use a soft tape measure and avoid stretching the fabric. For measurements taken across the garment, double the flat measurement to get the full circumference.

• Waist (flat): Measure straight across the top of the waistband from side to side. Multiply by 2 for the full waist circumference. For elastic waistbands, record both unstretched and fully stretched values.
