Care Guide (To Keep It Lovely Longer)
- Detangle Gently: Before washing, always use a wide-tooth comb or a wig brush to gently remove any tangles. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots to prevent shedding.
- Wash with Care: Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of wig-specific shampoo. Turn the wig inside out and submerge it, gently swishing for a minute. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes. Do not rub or twist the fibers.
- Rinse and Condition: Rinse the wig thoroughly under cool, running water until all shampoo is gone. Apply a small amount of wig conditioner, avoiding the base of the cap, and rinse again.
- Air Dry: Gently pat the wig with a soft towel to remove excess water. Do not wring or squeeze. Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely away from direct sunlight or heat.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
