- The 24-inch length is measured from the crown (the very top of the head) down to the longest strands at the bottom. This method provides a true representation of how long the hair will appear when worn.

With a little love, your synthetic wig will stay beautiful wear after wear.
Washing:
- Gently detangle the wig with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the tips and working your way up.
- Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of wig-safe shampoo.
- Submerge the wig and gently swish it for a few minutes. Do not rub or twist the fibers.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all shampoo is removed.
- Apply a wig-safe conditioner, keeping it away from the lace knots. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse again.
Drying:
- Gently squeeze out excess water with your hands and place the wig on a clean, dry towel. Pat it gently; do not wring it out.
- Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated room, away from direct sunlight or heat.
- Once dry, the wavy pattern will return. Do not comb or brush the wig while it is wet.
Daily Maintenance:
- Store your wig on a mannequin head or wig stand to maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
- Use a spray-on, wig-safe conditioner to reduce static and keep fibers smooth.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
