How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Measure over underwear or a thin layer and keep the tape parallel to the floor. For the most accurate fit, measure both your body and a similar garment you already own.

Measure your body

1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and not pulled tight.
2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your waist (natural waist), breathing normally.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips, typically about 20 cm / 8 in below the waist.
4. Shoulder width: Measure across the back from one shoulder point to the other.
5. Sleeve length: With your arm relaxed and slightly bent, measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist.
6. High point shoulder (HPS) to hem: Measure from the base of the neck at the shoulder (HPS) straight down to the desired hem line.

Measure a similar garment (recommended)

Lay the garment flat on a table. Measure flat across and double where needed to get full circumferences.

• Bust (flat): Measure underarm seam to underarm seam and multiply by two.
• Waist (flat): Measure across the narrowest part and multiply by two.
• Hip / Hem (flat): Measure across the widest area near the hem and multiply by two.
• Shoulder: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.
• Sleeve: Measure from shoulder seam to cuff along the outside of the sleeve.
• Total length: Measure from HPS to hem.

Tip: If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially if you plan to layer.
